Randal Paul never has fully recovered from his initial unforced errors after winning the primary. Which is why Rasmussen Reports, which once showed him up 25 points, has him still lingering under 50 now, though still leading.
I’ve been flippantly saying that if Paul would just keep his mouth shut, he will win. But of course, at this point, a win isn’t actually a sure thing when Paul is only up 49-41 (MoE 4.5) per Rasmussen.
But Kentucky is friendly to Republicans and 2010 will be friendly to Republicans. Barring any more mistakes he probably will be fine.
