What seems to be the best poll this cycle for Harry Reid is out from Rasmussen Reports. No, people don’t like him anymore than they have this year, but the poll suggests people are beginning to dislike his opponent, Sharron Angle.
Reid is still in absolutely terrible shape for an incumbent: 43% support in the poll, with 48% viewing him very unfavorably to 26% very favorably. But Angle is only up three at 46 to 43 (MoE 4.5), in part because she’s about as badly underwater with 39% very unfavorable to 18% very favorable.
If Republicans don’t start loving their nominee, this will be tougher race than I think it should have been for Angle.
